Ferintosh Recreation Centre
Ferintosh Recreation Centre
The Ferintosh Recreation Centre features a large meeting hall that can seat up to 160 people. A well-equipped kitchen makes your catering easy. The hardwood floor is perfect for dancing, and there is an elevated stage with a sound system.
Outside there are picnic tables and a ball diamond, lots of room for RV dry camping, and a big firepit. There is even a sanitary dump station on site.
An excellent choice for weddings, Christmas parties, family reunions and company picnics.

Little Beaver Hi-U Seniors Centre
Little Beaver Hi-U Seniors Centre
The Hi-U Seniors Centre is one of the busiest places in the village. Come by for a morning coffee and a game of cribbage.
There are pool tables, shuffleboard, monthly suppers and special events. Free blood pressure clinic is held the first Wednesday of each month from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
The Hi-U is available for events and meetings.
Campground
Campground
The Ferintosh Campground is popular all summer.
19 sites with water and power. Sanitary dump available at the Recreation Centre for a small donation.
11 sites have water and 15A power - $20/day, 8 sites have water and 30A power - $25/day. Full-time attendant, camp kitchen, playground, firewood available.
Open mid-May to mid-September.

Playground
Ferintosh has a large, modern playground right on Main Street. There is a shady picnic area, an amenities building and a basketball court.
Stop and stretch your legs while the kids burn off some steam. If you need some picnic supplies the General Store is right across the street.
Volunteer Fire Department
The Ferintosh Volunteer Fire Department protects the Village and a large surrounding area.
If you live in the area and are interested in getting involved in the fire department, contact Fire Chief Rob Fankhanel at 780-877-3904 or Deputy Chief Chris Friesen at 780-608-9010.
Applicants must be physically fit, willing to commit for an extended period, and must pass a criminal record check. Fire practice is held the first Tuesday of every month.

Camrose and District Support Services
Camrose and District Support Services (CDSS) is the Family and Community Support Services Program (FCSS) for nine municipalities including Ferintosh.
FCSS is a joint municipal and provincial project that supports preventive social services and individual, family and community development.
